Store Manager / Branch Manager (Küsnacht)

• 1) Core requirements of the position

The role requires a sales-strong Store Manager who is actively present on the sales floor, provides personal advice to customers, and looks after a demanding regular clientele. The candidate must bring experience in high-end fashion/textile retail and be accustomed to consultation-intensive sales situations. In addition to personal customer advice, she bears responsibility for turnover, KPI management, merchandise presentation, and daily branch operations. A fluent command of German and English is essential for communication with customers, the team, and management.

• 2) Leadership & Team Management

The Store Manager should be a motivating, present, and strong-leading personality who guides, develops, and leads a small team to high performance. She assumes operational responsibility for the branch, makes decisions independently, and ensures a positive, service-oriented working atmosphere. It is important that she works not only organizationally, but also actively sales-oriented and convinces with a friendly, warm, and smiling demeanor.

• 3) Ideal Background & Market Fit

The ideal background includes experience in premium retail, strong sales orientation, KPI understanding, and routine in dealing with regular clientele. In addition to an experienced branch manager, Senior Sales Advisors or deputy branch managers with clearly recognizable leadership potential are also considered.
