Careum Weiterbildung is a leading provider of continuing education in the healthcare and social sector with a wide range of practice-oriented courses, seminars, and conferences for specialists and executives. This is what you will be doing with us: • You will strategically control marketing and translate the goals of Careum Weiterbildung AG into clear marketing priorities. • You will establish a meaningful impact report and make the success of marketing measures visible based on relevant key figures. • You will be responsible for the annual and quarterly planning of marketing, taking into account budget and resources. • You will prepare the internal marketing board, lead it technically, and create the basis for informed decisions. • You will prioritize marketing orders and create clarity in competing requirements. • You will lead the operational marketing technically and personally, and promote the further development of the team. • You will identify potential for the meaningful use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in marketing together with the team. • You will ensure the quality of all marketing outputs and be responsible for checking texts, campaigns, mailings, website content, as well as offer and product communications. • You will ensure clear release, feedback, and editing processes and guarantee consistent communication internally and externally. • You will control the cooperation with the management, the education management, the offer managers, the Careum group, as well as external partners. • You will represent Careum Weiterbildung in group-wide marketing committees and ensure strategic coordination with the Careum group.
