These are your tasks You will start your first year of apprenticeship in the Personnel Register and Administration team of the Burgerkanzlei. There, you will work in register management (administration of the members of the Burgergemeinde Bern) and will be involved in the organization and implementation of ballot votes. In the second year of apprenticeship, you will gain insight into the subject areas of finance, HR, and communication. As a member of the respective team, you will support them in daily business. You will also help to process incoming funding requests in the field of engagements in culture and society. You will complete your third year of apprenticeship at the Burgerliches Sozialzentrum. Among other things, you will create premium and benefit statements and will be the first point of contact for customers at the reception.
