In the KiTa Villa KunterBund, we create a loving, safe and varied living space for the children. Appreciative care, the individual development of the children and a trusting cooperation with the parents are at the center for us.  Your working days The work assignment on Tuesday from 7:30 to 17:00 is fixed. The other assignments take place flexibly on Monday and/or Thursday depending on the duty schedule. The willingness to be deployed variably on these days is required.  Your tasks You care for and accompany the children professionally and in an age-appropriate manner through everyday life. You design varied activities, support the children in their individual development and ensure a safe and warm atmosphere.  In addition, you work actively in the team and maintain a respectful exchange with the parents. You take over organizational as well as domestic tasks in everyday care.  Your profile You must have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ.  You work responsibly, independently and reliably.  Joy in working with preschool-aged children Teamwork skills and initiative Resilience and flexibility An appreciative manner with children, parents and team members is a matter of course for you.  Furthermore, you are flexible and ready to be deployed on Monday and/or Thursday in addition to the fixed Tuesday.    What we offer A versatile and responsible activity in a personal and familiar environment awaits you.  You will become part of a dedicated team and receive space to actively contribute your ideas and pedagogical skills  Have we aroused your interest?
