The Kompetenzzentrum Arbeit bundles the labor market policy competencies within the AFA and takes on important strategic tasks, projects, and services regarding labor market policy topics as well as the implementation of public employment services. As a supplement to our motivated team, we are looking for a committed university intern for a fixed-term employment of 12 months starting on 1. September 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks are diverse and you have the opportunity to get to know several areas of responsibility in our Kompetenzzentrum. Your tasks Labor market analysis: You support our scientific team in the analysis of current labor market trends. You can delve into statistical and qualitative analyses of labor market-related questions and support the team, among other things, with their current study on the topic of "career entry". You will gain insights into intercantonal cooperation and support the team in both project management and the visual and interpretive preparation of results. Controlling and Reporting: You further support our team in the implementation and further development of our central Management Information System. You are involved in requirement clarification and operationalize and program the most central key figures and KPIs of the involved specialist departments. In doing so, you support the team from procurement, preparation (ETL), plausibility checking, and documentation to the visual preparation of the key figures.
