Your missions :

• define and drive the commercial growth strategy across the entire funnel (acquisition, activation, loyalty) to translate business objectives into action plans,
• identify and deploy new sales levers (up-sell, cross-sell) and optimize onboarding and subscription journeys to develop the customer relationship,
• plan, target and monitor campaign performance on internal channels (BCV Mobile, BCV-net), in coherence with the global strategy,
• measure multi-channel impact (KPIs, tracking) and optimize the marketing tools ecosystem to guide decisions,
• coordinate stakeholders (IT, Legal, Security) and service providers to guarantee the feasibility and compliance of projects in a banking environment,
• monitor developments in the relevant fields and implement adequate adaptations,
• develop the digital skills of employees and design mechanisms to encourage customers to adopt digital channels.

Your profile :

• 5 to 7 years in the digital ecosystem (digital marketing, e-commerce, web performance, SaaS, marketplace),
• CAS in digital marketing or equivalent training,
• proven experience in AEM (content management, landing pages, forms), Adobe Target (testing, personalization) and Adobe Analytics (performance monitoring and tracking),
• excellent understanding of the entire funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention, re-engagement) and implementation of digital campaigns (newsletters, forms, SEO/GEO),
• ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (communication, marketing, IT, service providers) and to communicate with non-technical interlocutors,
• great autonomy, proactivity, rigor of execution and strong sense of responsibility,
• analytical mind and ability to prioritize,
• digital curiosity and acute sense of internal service,
• very good knowledge of English, German is an asset.
