Head of Cleaning Services Regional Hospitals

With the Inselspital, Universitätsspital Bern, the hospitals Riggisberg, Aarberg and Belp, and the Berner Reha Zentrum Heiligenschwendi, the Insel Gruppe forms the largest medical full-care system in Switzerland. From cutting-edge medicine to basic care, our employees ensure that our patients are treated and cared for in accordance with the latest developments, methods and possibilities of medicine.

In the Facility and Real Estate Services area, approximately 500 employees from around 44 nations work. The area provides central infrastructural services such as cleaning, laundry and bed supply as well as the management of staff apartments, rooms, parking spaces and properties. The goal is to provide efficient, economical and high-quality services for patients, employees and visitors.

What you bring with you

• Higher education in Facility Management or a comparable education suitable for the function
• Sound professional experience in cleaning management, ideally in healthcare or in a comparably complex service organization
• Several years of leadership experience with larger teams, preferably organized decentrally or across multiple sites
• Experience in quality assurance, key figure steering, process optimization and business management
• Strong service and quality orientation as well as a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and decision-making leadership personality with a confident appearance, readiness for change and high flexibility
