Area of responsibility

• You take on overall responsibility for project management in the field of building automation.
• You plan and control the projects across all performance phases.
• You develop automation and control concepts including the programming of the systems (SAIA, Wago, Siemens, various control systems).
• You monitor cost, schedule, and quality management.
• You coordinate clients, architects, specialist planners, and executing companies.
• You accompany the commissioning engineers, lead the acceptances, and create the documentation and installation plans using CAD.
• Technical support and mentoring of younger colleagues enriches your area of activity.

Requirement profile

• After completing your basic training as an electrical installer, building IT specialist, or electronics technician, you possess further training as an Electrical Engineer HF, Building Technician HF, Technician HF IT / Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineer FH or similar.
• You can demonstrate your professional experience in building automation / MSR; ideally, you already bring knowledge of the bus systems DALI, BAC-net, CAN-Bus, MP-Bus, Modbus, or KNX. (not a requirement).
• As a senior project manager, you have a confident appearance with proficient communication skills.
