Breakfast Cook (m/f)

Tasks: Independent management and organization of the breakfast kitchen. Preparation of high-quality, artisanally prepared breakfast dishes. Development and implementation of upselling in the breakfast offering (e.g., à la minute egg dishes, homemade specialties). Inventory management, ordering, and storage in the breakfast area. Compliance with all hygiene and HACCP guidelines. Support of the kitchen brigade during peak times at midday
