On behalf of the client, we are looking for a Construction Manager. Do you want to not only accompany construction sites but actively manage them? Do you like to take responsibility and maintain an overview even with complex projects? Then this position offers you the opportunity to successfully lead visible structures from execution to handover. Job Description ## You take responsibility for individual trades or sub-projects from execution to commissioning and ensure a smooth process on the construction site. In this function, you carry out construction projects independently through the execution phase and take responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs. • Technical and organizational management of the assigned trades • Creation, management, and monitoring of schedules • Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, and occupational safety • Tendering, awarding, and supervision of contractor services • Management and coordination of subcontractors on the construction site • Cooperation with specialist planners, companies, and internal specialists • Negotiations with suppliers and business partners • Accompanying and completing the planning and execution phase • Ongoing optimization of construction sequences and processes Further info?
