Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a housing department for adults with disabilities, including intellectual impairment or physical issues, a specialized school, and a workshops and professional training sector.

The "La Passerelle" specialized school department welcomes children aged 6 to 18 with learning and developmental difficulties. It ensures global support for the child, including school education, therapeutic interventions and follow-ups, and educational monitoring, with the possibility of weekly residential care and after-school care times. For our weekly residential care which welcomes 14 youths of school age, and our after-school sector, we are looking for:

Whose main mission will consist of offering educational support to children/adolescents, promoting the link between school life, leisure time, and family life. The activity is shared between support in weekly residential care and the animation of after-school activities (sports, homework, cultural activities, etc.).

In close collaboration with families and the professional network, you will contribute to the development and implementation of an individualized project adapted to each youth, within the framework of an intervention aiming for the learning of autonomy and self-determination, and which is based on the resources and skills of the youths and their families.

As an experienced person, capable of managing projects, you will know how to propose playful and fulfilling activities, whether group or individual. You will know how to put into perspective and reflection a systemic and multidisciplinary approach based on respect for the responsibility, autonomy, and vulnerability of each person. Dynamic, a communicator, you possess a marked interest in interdisciplinary teamwork.

Working hours are annualized and distributed from 7 am to 10 pm, from Monday noon to Friday noon. Services are closed during the Vaud school holidays.

We require:

• A recognized ES or HES social educator diploma,
• A valid driver's license,
• A pronounced interest in the field of special pedagogy and learning disabilities,
