Job description
We are looking for YOU! As a committed pedagogical specialist, you support the team in everyday life with children from 3 months to kindergarten entry with heart and mind. Our Kita belongs to the Verein profawo, which has been committed to the compatibility of family and career for over 20 years. You can find more about us at www.kidsco.ch. Your tasks - supporting & helping to shape

You support the group leader in everyday life or take over daily responsibility during their absence
You organize the group's daily routine proactively and independently
You promote the children according to their developmental stage and their individual needs
You actively contribute your ideas to the pedagogical concept of profawo
You maintain an open and partnership-based cooperation with the parents
You are flexible and ready to contribute to our three children's groups
Your profile - with commitment & experience

Completed training as FaBeK EFZ or equivalent
Team-oriented personality: reliable, flexible and with joy in active co-creation
You are creative, warm-hearted and enjoy working in a lively environment
