In this role as an accounting clerk, you have the opportunity to decisively support the finance & administration department. What you achieve ## • You manage contract management in the services sector and support the sales units in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. • You trigger manual invoices, credit notes and refunds and participate in periodic invoicing. • You process the collections from our customers. • You manage open accounts receivable in close collaboration with the sales units. • You share responsibility for debt collection in sales in Switzerland. • You help with the provision of documents for tenders. • You participate in the preparation of analyses and reports. What you bring ## • With your completed basic commercial training EFZ, you have the ideal foundation for this versatile task. • Thanks to your professional experience in financial accounting, you quickly understand complex contexts and work confidently in the areas of accounts receivable management, invoicing and payments. • You use common Microsoft Office applications in a secure and efficient manner. In addition, you have experience with SAP. • You work independently, reliably and precisely and distinguish yourself by a structured and responsible way of working. • You enjoy contact with different stakeholder groups and convince with your service-oriented, open and communicative nature. • You communicate easily in German and ensure professional exchange with internal and external interlocutors. Additional knowledge in languages (French, Italian) is an asset.
