The Project Manager (junior) Classification position is part of the PLM-MBE expertise hub within the PLM & ADE department of the Digital Coordination line, in the Production division.
Its mission consists of defining, formalizing, and enforcing classification rules in order to guarantee the standardization, structuring, and reuse of data within the PLM, with an objective of multi-business and multi-sector alignment.
The animation of workshops with business representatives is a key factor for success and adoption of the classification. The position also includes data preparation, migration, and reliability activities.
Position based in Acacias-Centre, with regular travel to other production sites: Geneva ((Acacias, Chêne-Bourg, Plan-les-Ouates) and Bienne.

*Activities*
• Define, structure, maintain, and enforce the classification repository (families, sub-families, attributes, authorized values, codification and naming rules, etc.)
• Classify and codify data according to PLM standards and control completeness and consistency
• Write and maintain classification standards and procedures and ensure compliance with best practices
• Manage special cases: qualification, proposal of treatment, and escalation when necessary
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with business units: qualify typologies, collect discrepancies, arbitrate, converge towards a standard, and formalize decisions
• Analysis of business needs and data typologies
• Prepare and participate in pilot classification tests: sample constitution, execution, analysis of results, adjustment of rules
• Validate post-migration compliance: control the compliance of classifications, follow-up of anomalies and corrections
• Update and influence quality KPIs: compliance, error rate, reuse, duplicates
• Contribute occasionally to migration activities (post-loading controls, classification rules related to mapping).

YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• HES engineering degree, Bachelor, Master or equivalent
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in project management or continuous improvement project management
• Industrial experience with knowledge of product-process industrialization businesses and associated tools
• Knowledge of digital transformation is a plus
• Mastery of product data repositories (notably CAD, nomenclatures, articles)
- Very good understanding of classification principles (attributes, standardizations, controlled values)
- Strong business analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of PLM/CAD/ERP/MES tools (Creo, SAP, Windchill...)
• PLM migration / retrofit tools, data manipulation (CSV, import/export files), Office suite (Excel - advanced)
- Mastery of Monday, Confluence, Jira, a plus
