Trade Compliance Manager 80-100% (w/m/d)

What you can achieve • Continuous optimization of the trade compliance processes in SAP GTS as well as other export control processes and requirements • Requirements analysis, specification, testing and implementation within the framework of project & software support, e.g., for technology control • Support in the development of an authorization concept for access to technical data • Administration and maintenance of US and CH licenses (incl. ITAR, EAR and Swiss law) • Proactive support of purchasing, sales and logistics in projects • Support in the review and adjustment of data access processes and controls to comply with the Technology Control Plan • Creation of reports and reporting based on SAP GTS and other data sources • Creation, maintenance and adjustment of compliance documentation and employee handbooks • Conception and implementation of trade compliance training for end users, data administrators and data owners • Implementation of data analyses to secure compliance requirements What you bring with you • Successfully completed studies (e.g. economics, business law, business informatics) or a comparable sound training in the field of foreign trade / customs • Several years of professional experience in trade compliance, ideally in an international or technology-oriented corporate environment • Good knowledge of Swiss and US foreign trade law (ITAR, EAR) as well as experience in dealing with the War Materiel / Goods Control Act and authorities (e.g. SECO) • Very good practical knowledge in SAP GTS and S/4HANA, high IT affinity • Experience in goods classification (Swiss and US export control) and in creating complex reports • Strong skills in process optimization and enthusiasm for lean methods • Enjoyment in knowledge transfer and understandable training of complex compliance topics • Confident appearance in the enforcement of export control measures, combined with a strong orientation toward solutions • Openness to agile team structures and close, interdisciplinary cooperation • Fluent German skills and English at least C1 Salary and benefits Are you one of the few people who reads T&Cs?
