Internal Sales Clerk Switzerland, Germany and Austria (a) 100% ##

The tasks ##

• Contacts and correspondence with customers in Switzerland and Austria
• Telephone customer support
• Order processing (receipt, calculation, ordering)
• Complaint management
• Creating order confirmations, delivery documents, invoices and customs documents

The requirements ##

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
• Very good, business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Further language skills (e.g. French or Italian) are an advantage
• Confident handling of the MS Office package
• Analytical and precise way of working as well as very good linguistic expression
• Team-oriented and independent way of working. Independent, flexible and strong-communicating personality
