Your main missions: As a true local contact, you perfectly know the activity of your sector and develop a lasting proximity relationship with your customers. You are responsible for the management and development of a client portfolio, as well as the implementation of the commercial policy, including the monitoring of actions and reporting. In this context, you carry out prospecting actions, perform customer visits, ensure demonstrations and market our industrial supplies, while ensuring the achievement of the objectives set by your hierarchy. You intervene throughout the entire canton of Neuchâtel. As a privileged interlocutor for our customers, you identify and analyze their needs, advise them and propose the most suitable technical and commercial solutions. Profile sought: Commercial and/or technical training, you have significant experience in sales of at least 5 years, ideally in an industrial trading activity. Solid technical knowledge is imperative (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic...). Good knowledge of French and English.
