Dipl. Expertin/Experte Anästhesiepflege NDS HF (m/f/d)

The Spitalverbund Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the Akutspital Herisau and the Psychiatrischen Zentrum AR in Herisau ensures the extended basic medical care for the population in the Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care for the canton and beyond.

In the MTTB department under the leadership of Frau Jana Schmid, we are looking for a/an Dipl. Experte/in Anästhesiepflege NDS HF to complement the team, starting immediately or by arrangement, with a work percentage of 80-100%.

Your tasks

• Leading anesthesias under supervision or in delegation of a specialist physician
• Professionally competent, patient-oriented care in the operating room and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Ensuring the anesthesia service around the clock, taking into account the defined intervention times
• Support and initiation of first measures in resuscitations and emergency situations
• Maintenance and provision of material, medications and devices according to professional quality standards and norms
• Promotion and support of aspiring Dipl. Expertinnen / Experten Anästhesiepflege NDS HF

• Dipl. Experte / Expertin Anästhesiepflege NDS HF with Swiss training
• High understanding of quality and service
• You maintain a respectful interaction with patients and you are happy to take on a high level of responsibility
• You enjoy working independently and are a personality with high professional and social competence
• Team player with pronounced communication skills and good manners
• Knowledge of common PC applications
• Working in an attractive shift operation
