It connects job seekers with suitable employers and supports the economy with an efficient, fair, and well-connected system. Your tasks <br /> • Analysis of the labor market attractiveness of clients as well as the labor market situation for the job search area; conducting impact-oriented advisory interviews with the goal of leading clients from various groups of persons, ages, and nationalities quickly and permanently back (into) the labor market • Development of solution-oriented, transparent, and binding reintegration strategies, continuous review and adjustment in follow-up interviews • Targeted use of labor market measures; reflection and optimization of advisory activities within the framework of the public employment placement strategy and legal requirements <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed vocational training • At least 5 years of proven professional experience in dealing with people, ideally in consulting and/or sales • Readiness to complete the training course for HR specialists in specialization B and to acquire the federal diploma, if you do not already possess a federal diploma for HR specialists or for social insurance specialists • Very good oral and written German skills, oral French skills • Very good IT user skills <br /> We offer you <br /> • A meaningful activity • Pleasant and team-oriented working atmosphere; subject-specific training and further education opportunities; modern offices and infrastructure • Quality of life through annual working hours <br /> Contact Curious?
