Tasks

In this exciting and versatile function as deputy of the management, you can contribute your entrepreneurial skills, your leadership qualities, as well as your strong customer orientation on a daily basis and thus make an important contribution to the success of your business (market).
You are co-responsible for the organizational, technical, financial and personnel management of the business (market) and assume its overall responsibility for the location in the absence of the manager.
Together with your department heads and around 40 employees, you ensure top sales readiness, active customer care, attractive product presentation, as well as freshness performance in the market. The implementation of efficient operational processes, the compliance with processes and guidelines are a matter of course for you.

Requirements

• Basic training in retail or gastronomy with further training in trade (at least retail specialists) or hotel management school
• Experience in a comparable function in trade or gastronomy
• Entrepreneurially thinking, winning leadership personality with several years of leadership experience and high social competence
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of active customer care of our diverse professional customers
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, numbers and organizational tasks
• Conceptual, planning and networked thinking
• Ideally resident and anchored in the region
