From the initial customer consultation through the entire planning, installation, to service, we offer turnkey systems from a single source.
We are looking for, as of 01. October 2026 or by arrangement, a:
Installation Manager Photovoltaics (m/f/d)
Main tasks:
Responsibility for the professional installation of PV-projects with the installation team according to the project manager's planning specifications
Instruction of the installers in the installation team on site
Communication with the customer and construction specialists on site
Independent coordination of external craftsmen if required
Responsibility for compliance with installation specifications
Scheduling and deployment planning for the installation team
Time management and optimization of work processes
Responsibility for compliance with necessary safety measures, regulations, and standards on the construction site
Your profile:
Technical basic training / apprenticeship (advantageously in the field of roofer, , or electrician)
Experience in the field of installation of PV-systems
Self-initiative and coordination competence
Experience as a group leader / site manager
Good communication skills
Flawless oral and written German skills
Driver's license Cat. B, advantageously with trailer
