Currently, it is looking for a German/French bilingual HR manager to support the human resources team in administrative management and employee development.
Your tasks at your new employer
You ensure the complete administrative management of the employee life cycle, from entry to exit
You participate in payroll processing as well as the monitoring of social insurances, while ensuring compliance with legal provisions
You manage absences, vacations, and the monitoring of working time, while guaranteeing the reliability of HR data
You support employees and managers by answering their questions relating to human resources and internal processes
You contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures and provide support to various department projects
You collaborate closely with internal teams in order to ensure a quality HR service
You offer your new employer
You have proven experience in a similar function, ideally acquired within an industrial or production environment
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee, supplemented by an HR manager certificate or training deemed equivalent
You are proficient in German and French, both spoken and written
You demonstrate discretion, organization, and rigor in the management of confidential files
Autonomous and proactive, you also enjoy teamwork and possess an excellent sense of service
