Franke Industrie AG, a company of the Artemis Gruppe, is a supplier of technically and qualitatively high-quality components for the gas turbine, aerospace, and aviation industries as well as other industrial sectors. With our core competencies in forming, welding, laser processing, CNC machining, water jet cutting, and non-destructive testing, we focus on the processing of nickel- and cobalt-based alloy materials for aircraft engines, rocket drives, and industrial gas turbines.

Project Manager (m/f/d, 100%)
For our customers in the fields of Space, Aerospace, and Industrial Gas Turbines, we rely on a one-stop-shop strategy. In the role of Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for project management and lead the processing from the quotation phase through initial sample testing to series production. This varied and challenging activity (make-to-order production) offers the opportunity to maintain direct contact with companies in exciting industries.
Your area of responsibility includes
Creation of production and test plans in the ERP system as well as master data responsibility
Management of scheduling and processing of production orders within the ERP system
Project management of technically and qualitatively demanding components
Preparation of offers for assemblies and individual parts taking into account customer specifications (technical feasibility, one-stop-shop)
Communication with customers and suppliers regarding project progress as well as potential production optimizations
Ensuring continuous qualitative traceability
Development of production tools
Your requirement profile
Completed vocational training in a technical field (Polymechaniker/in, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer/in, Werkzeugmacher/in)
System affinity and experience with ERP systems
Good knowledge of production planning and control (PPS) is an advantage
Completed further education FH or HF is an advantage
Experience in a similar function is an advantage
Enjoyment of communicating with an international customer base
Good understanding of business management contexts
Networked and cross-functional thinking
Resilience and personal responsibility are required
English skills in speaking and writing
