As Nursing Management (PDL), you are the technical and organizational person primarily responsible in the nursing service. You lead the team, support the employees in everyday life, and ensure that nursing is implemented with high quality, safely, and correctly.
What you do with us:
You lead and support our nursing team in everyday life
You are the direct contact person for our dipl. nursing specialists
You lead the daily team meetings and coordinate the processes
You distribute tasks and ensure efficient working
You make technical and organizational decisions in the nursing area
You carry out needs assessments for new clients and assign them to the team
You review nursing plans, progress reports, and reassessments
You conduct quality and employee appraisals
You support during health insurance audits
You help to hire and onboard new employees
: You bring the nursing service together technically and organizationally.
What you bring with you:
Degree as Dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH
Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
Joy in leadership, organization, and teamwork
You can motivate people and communicate clearly
You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner
You know Spitex software or will learn it
You are proficient in using a laptop and feel confident and comfortable using digital tools.
Driver's license Cat. B
