• You manage and process your own customer portfolio with investment and mortgage customers.
• You precisely capture the diverse needs of our customers and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This ensures long-term customer relationships and wins over new customers.
• You actively approach your customers and create a customer proximity that enables you to tap into further potential.
• In your advisory, you also rely on innovative tools and apps. In this way, you take customers with you on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Skills and Experience

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with further training in banking or finance
• You have knowledge of the local market and the ability to grow or build up a customer portfolio
• You have already acquired a sound understanding in the areas of investments, mortgages and retirement planning
• Joy in contacting people, a confident and professional appearance as well as a winning attitude are among your pronounced qualities
• You live your passion for needs-based and service-oriented sales in every customer contact
• You like to contribute your active commitment to the success of the entire team

You have proficient German in speaking and writing; if you have additional language skills, all the better.
