Job Description ## As a Comptable Fournisseurs, you will have the following responsibilities: • Enter and verify supplier invoices in the accounting system; • Ensure the reconciliation of supplier accounts and process any discrepancies; • Manage supplier payments and ensure compliance with deadlines; • Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues; • Prepare financial reports and detailed statements of account; • Participate in monthly and annual accounting closures; • Ensure that operations comply with local regulations and internal policies; • Support the accounting team in other administrative and financial tasks as needed. • Accounting standards: Swiss GAAP & IFRS • ERP: SAP The Successful Applicant ## As a Comptable Fournisseurs, you have the following profile: • Diploma in accounting, finance or a related field; • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the industry sector • Good mastery of SAP • In-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations • Mastery of French C1 and English C1, both written and spoken • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
