Healthcare Professional (FaGe) (FaGe) 20-40% in Spitex evening service 17-22 hours # Job description ## • Autonomous accompaniment and care of clients at their home, taking into account their individual needs. • Implementation of care, medical, and therapeutic measures in collaboration with registered nurses. • Promotion of autonomy and quality of life for clients in their familiar family environment. • Trustworthy collaboration with relatives, healthcare professionals, and other specialized services involved. • Autonomous work and reliable organization of daily interventions throughout the Spitex coverage area. • Category B driving license required and availability to visit clients with the Spitex car. Required profile ## • Completed training as a healthcare professional EFZ. • Empathy and pleasure in working with people. • Developed social skills. • Stress resistance, flexibility, and team spirit. • Knowledge of IT/PC applications. • Good command of German, spoken and written.
