Management Position in the Field of Assembly & Technology

For an established and successful company in the Baselland region, we are looking for an experienced and strong leadership personality as Head of Assembly (m/f/d) 100 %. In this responsible role, you will take over the operational management of the assembly area and, together with your team, ensure professional, efficient, and timely implementation of projects.

Tasks

• Leadership, organization, and coordination of the assembly team
• Coordination of external assembly partners as well as temporary employees during peak workloads
• Planning and coordination of personnel, material, and vehicle deployment
• Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of assembly work
• Monitoring and ensuring occupational safety on construction sites
• Close cooperation and coordination with project management, the warehouse, and other internal interfaces
• Monitoring of costs and budgets within the area of responsibility
• Coordination and support of external assembly partners
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Continuous optimization of assembly processes and internal processes

Profile

• Completed basic technical training, ideally in the wood, metal, or construction sector
• Commercial further training is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in an assembly, construction, or technical environment
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in leading employees
• Experience in a construction site environment as well as strong technical understanding
• Very good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Assertive, resilient, and solution-oriented personality
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Driver's license category B
• Readiness for regular travel within Switzerland
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• French language skills are a great advantage
