What awaits you #####

• You define and develop the target architecture for our global IT infrastructure in the areas of network, data center, cloud, workplace, identity, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery
• You translate business, security-relevant and operational requirements into clear architecture principles, standards, reference designs and technology roadmaps
• You are responsible for architecture and design reviews and ensure that our solutions are in line with the IT strategy as well as the requirements for security and operation
• You develop future-proof hybrid infrastructure solutions for our local environments, Microsoft Azure and our international locations
• You support IT teams and project managers in solution design, technology selection, implementation and the structured handover to operations
• You evaluate new technologies and partner solutions, manage technical risks and drive standardization, automation, simplification and cost efficiency

What you bring with you #####

• You bring many years of experience in IT infrastructure and have sound experience in infrastructure or solution architecture
• You have experience in developing secure and highly available infrastructure solutions in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
• You have sound knowledge in the creation of target architectures, standards, roadmaps and technical documentation
• You are familiar with Security by Design, Zero Trust, Lifecycle Management, resilience as well as IT service management and can translate these requirements into practical solutions
• You convince with strong analytical and communicative skills, confident stakeholder management and experience in evaluating technologies, solution approaches and external partners
• You have a degree in computer science or information technology or a comparable practical qualification and communicate confidently in German and English; relevant certifications in the areas of architecture, cloud, network, security or ITIL are an advantage
