Apprenticeship as logistician/logistics assistant (AFP) - Vaud

 Do you like getting your hands dirty, do you appreciate physical work and do you prefer having a roof over your head to work? Then training in logistics is precisely what you need! By offering you a two-year training course, we will facilitate your entry into the working world. Your training location will be located in Eclépens or Daillens.   Your training  • During your training, you will work in one of our modern mail and parcel centers or in a distribution sector, and you will take on all kinds of logistical tasks.  • You will use sorting facilities or you will sort shipments by hand.  • You will also have to load and unload trucks and wagons.  • In addition, you will learn to drive a forklift.  • Various assignments within distribution as well as in a warehouse service and individual support measures depending on your aspirations will complete your extensive logistics training.  • We also offer you the prospect of a CFC bridge if you obtain good school and practical results.    What you bring  We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated young people who want to get things moving. The requirements to be met are the following:  • You demonstrate good physical resistance.  • You like working in a team, you appreciate tasks on machines as well as manual activities.  • You are furthermore someone reliable, honest and discreet.  • Finally, you have no objection to working irregular hours when necessary.  • You have completed your compulsory schooling.  • At the beginning of the apprenticeship, you have B1 language level in French.
