For our department OP-Versorgung and OP-Services, we are looking for a committed personality as soon as possible or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You lead the OP-Reinigung and OP-Support teams across locations and coordinate the daily operational business. • You ensure hygiene-compliant OP-Reinigung as well as a smooth material supply, thereby making an important contribution to patient and operational safety. • You accompany, promote and assess your employees in their technical, methodological, social and self-competence and continuously develop your teams. • You optimize the processes surrounding cleaning, material logistics and support and work closely with the internal interfaces in the OP. • You are responsible for compliance with quality, hygiene, safety and compliance specifications and ensure their consistent implementation. • You actively participate in projects for the further development of processes and services. Profile ## • Completed basic training at EFZ level in healthcare, logistics or the field of hotel management/housekeeping (e.g., Fachperson Hauswirtschaft EFZ, Hotelfachperson EFZ, Logistiker*in EFZ, Fachperson Reinigungstechnik EFZ) • Further training at HF level is an advantage, e.g. in the field of Facility Management HF or comparable • Several years of professional experience in a similar area, ideally with leadership responsibility • Leadership training or the willingness to complete it • Resilience, flexibility as well as a high awareness of quality and service • Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative and openness to new ideas • Willingness to work shifts and weekends We offer ## We offer you more than just a job!
