For our approximately 80 trainees and students, we are looking for an enthusiastic person who will work with great commitment in our vocational training and, together with the management, will shape our vocational training and enrich our HR team. What you will be doing with us • You will be jointly responsible for an attractive, needs-based and successful vocational training as well as for the future-oriented orientation and further development in cooperation with the Head of Vocational Training. • As Deputy Head of Vocational Training, you will take on responsibility for the organization, planning and coordination of the training of FaGe, AGS and HF/FH students. • The professionally competent, pedagogical advising and coaching of the vocational trainers is part of your area of responsibility. • In filling apprenticeship positions and positions for students in nursing, you will play an active role in conducting job interviews and assessing suitability. • You will conduct learning events such as learning workshops, case discussions in cooperation with vocational trainers. • You will be the contact person for education-specific questions for the management team, nursing team and the interprofessional team. • You will work in nursing on your own request, provided you want to work more than 60%. You will impress us • With your diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and several years of professional experience in nursing. • Because you have completed a higher education or further training in adult education (at least SVEB 1). • With your professional experience in vocational training and ideally your network in the educational landscape. • With your flair in dealing with our trainees and students, your ability to be a competent contact person for vocational trainers and to accompany demanding situations professionally. • With your very good organizational and administrative skills as well as your flawless German language skills. • Because you have very good MS-Office skills.
