Job description
globegarden is the leading provider of childcare in Switzerland. For our new location Züeich Manegg, we are looking for a motivated specialist for the mixed-age group. What are your tasks?

Pedagogical promotion and accompaniment of the entrusted children
Co-designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
Support with the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios
Co-designing an educational partnership with the families
Co-designing of excursions and parent activities
Active participation in team meetings
Co-designing an appreciative, familial working atmosphere
What should you bring with you?

A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
Team player
Initiative, creativity and flexibility
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
