YOUR TASKS • As the first point of contact for our patients, you are significantly responsible for a smooth process in the daily practice routine • With organizational talent and empathy, you individually address the needs of our patients - from appointment planning to personal care before, during, and after examinations • You actively support our sports doctors during consultations and diagnostic tests • You are an important contact person for our physiotherapists and support them in their daily routine • The independent implementation of various examinations - such as EKG or lung function tests - rounds off your varied daily routine • In addition, you take on important administrative and digital tasks, such as maintaining patient data, organizing processes in the practice management system, and ensuring efficient digital documentation <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) • A pronounced service mentality and high stress tolerance characterize you • Your way of working is efficient, structured, and marked by organizational talent and a quick grasp • Direct and telephone contact with patients gives you pleasure • You work very efficiently in the administrative area and have a secure handling of digital systems and practice software <br /> OUR OFFER • Do you like longer breaks?
