Your tasks

• Training: Responsibility for the practical training and guidance of several apprentices and students of the department
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Work independently in an interdisciplinary team with interfaces to the vocational training professions, nursing staff, nursing specialists, therapists, and doctors
• Nursing: You are still actively working in nursing (approx. 20 %) and ensure goal- and need-oriented, activating rehabilitation nursing
• Variety: Look forward to varied and responsible tasks. You share responsibility for training in nursing professions including quality assurance and are still directly involved in the nursing of our patients.

Your profile

• Education: Completed training as a Diploma Nurse HF or an equivalent SRK recognition
• Further education: Vocational training course SVEB 1
• Experience: At least one year of professional experience in the nursing sector and ideally experience as a daily companion
• Personality: You are a strong communicator with high customer orientation, social competence, and team orientation. In addition, you are characterized by flexibility, independence, as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance. Furthermore, you enjoy the training and guidance of adolescents / young adults.
