Your tasks <br /> • At the center of your activities is the consultation of the departmental divisions on legal issues with a focus on administrative procedures, care financing, supplementary childcare, and naturalizations. • You draft and review statements as well as submissions to the city council and parliament. • You actively contribute to legislative projects and the further development of legal foundations. • You represent the city of Luzern before authorities and courts, up to the Federal Court, and ensure legally secure solutions. • As part of the staff, you lead projects, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, and support the head of staff in strategic and operational tasks. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have completed a degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.). • Your professional record includes administrative law and project management. • You quickly analyze complex facts, think in a networked manner, and focus on solution-oriented approaches. • With your target-group-oriented consulting competence, you convince different stakeholder groups - whether internally or externally. • You enjoy working in a team, have a high level of social competence, and express yourself confidently and precisely in German. • You understand political contexts and act sensitively in a dynamic environment. <br /> The staff of the Social and Security Directorate is the hub of the directorate with its over 500 employees.
