For our Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) team Opfikon, which manages a well-known large company, we are looking for an engaged, experienced and independent personality as CREM Property Manager (m/f/d), Opfikon, 50% What you will do: You manage a demanding, exciting real estate portfolio consisting of operating, technical and storage spaces for our customer You represent our customers as a tenant representative In this role, you are responsible for leasing and letting as well as for all questions regarding real estate from A-Z As a hub, you are responsible, among other things, for commercial lease agreements, acceptances and handovers, contract extensions, property inspections as well as reporting You coordinate removals in cooperation with the operational users In doing so, you are in contact with owners, suppliers and authorities as an interest representative You know how to work together with the team to get the best for the customer and for Wincasa That is why you will succeed: You have several years of experience in property management (ideally commercial real estate) and want to further expand your real estate knowledge and establish yourself as a consultant and sparring partner for a large customer You have completed the federal diploma as a real estate property manager or a comparable training and are motivated to learn new things. You are mobile and appreciate a varied task in which, as an organizational talent, it is easy for you to negotiate skillfully with various interest groups and achieve good solutions In addition to a good flair for numbers, networked and analytical thinking skills, you have good oral and written expression skills in German and English.
