Senior System Engineer

Do you want to oversee demanding IT projects and actively contribute to the further development of modern IT landscapes? In this role, you will be in direct contact with customers and sustainably shape their IT infrastructure. Area of responsibility: • Oversee, further develop and optimize the IT infrastructures of our customers • Install and maintain IT solutions based on Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix, Horizon, RDS) and Sophos firewalls • Perform maintenance and ensure smooth operation • Support the Service Desk with complex technical questions in 3rd Level Support • Actively participate in IT projects – from implementation to the successful introduction of new solutions • Provide technical consulting to customers on infrastructure, security and modernization topics Your skills: • Education and/or training in the field of computer science and several years of practical experience in the field of system engineering • Very good knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX) • Very good German language skills and pronounced communication skills • Independent, structured way of working with analytical thinking • Team spirit, resilience and solution-oriented thinking ​Does this sound like the right challenge for you?
