August 2026 or by arrangement at our Basel location as a successor to a colleague who is taking on a new internal function: Head of Language School NSH 80% -100% (m/f/d) Your task You will take over the management of the language school and actively develop this area further – with a focus on the market, customers, and sustainable development. In doing so, you are not only visible in leadership but also present in teaching – with a workload of 40 % leadership and 40–60 % teaching (German as a foreign language). What counts in everyday life: You actively go outwards, build networks, and acquire new customers (companies, authorities, communities) You maintain existing relationships and develop them in a targeted manner You are present in everyday life and in direct contact with participants and clients You bring in impulses from the market and further develop offers together with the school management You are responsible for the budget, utilization, and economic success of the language school This role requires presence, energy, and the ability to win over and connect people.
