Job Description

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team in tunnel construction
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction work on site
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Supporting the construction management with deployment planning and organization
• Active participation on the construction site and promotion of team performance
• Reporting as well as interface between the construction site and construction management

Requirement Profile

• Completed vocational training in the main construction trade (e.g., mason, road builder, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in tunnel construction mandatory
• Leadership experience as a foreman or team leader is an advantage
• Good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Responsible, resilient, and assertive personality
• Readiness for shift work in tunnel construction
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
