Senior Risk & Security Coordinator

Your tasks:

• Management and monitoring of the APO risk portfolio
• Analysis of technical risks in applications, platforms, and operating processes
• Definition and implementation of measures for risk reduction
• Monitoring of security findings as well as PNA and PCA measures
• Support for Product Owners and Scrum Masters in security, risk, and compliance topics
• Close cooperation with architecture, engineering, operations, and security teams
• Identification of technical vulnerabilities and potential for improvement
• Creation of reports and management reports on risks and measures
• Execution and support of security assessments as well as technical reviews
• Promotion of security-by-design and operational excellence

Your profile:
Must-have

• Several years of experience in the operation of business-critical applications
• Experience in DevOps, IT Operations, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Good knowledge of modern cloud and application architectures
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions
• Experience in the field of IT security and risk management
• Experience with security findings and technical improvement measures
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to pragmatically assess technical risks and develop solutions with engineering teams
• Experience in collaborating with security, architecture, and DevOps teams

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Experience in enterprise application management
• Knowledge in vulnerability management
• Knowledge in IAM, network security, container security, or secrets management
• Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, or comparable standards
• Experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineer

Education
HF, FH, or university degree in computer science, business informatics, system engineering, cloud engineering, or a comparable field of study
Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience
