About our institution Located in Payerne, our EMS welcomes 44 residents for long-term stays in a calm and family environment. We support elderly people in geriatric and complex geriatric situations. A development project is underway, with a future building planned for around 2028. Your missions Under the delegation of the nursing staff, • You provide medico-technical treatments and care to the residents. • You assist and support residents in activities of daily living while respecting human values and everyone's well-being. Your main responsibilities: • Supporting the physical, psycho-social, and spiritual well-being of the residents. • Developing synergies with other sectors. • Communicating oral and written information accurately. Profile sought • CFC assistant in community nursing and health care. • FEE training will be an asset. • Strong interest in geriatrics and late-life psychiatry. • Ease in relations with elderly people, with respect, listening, and empathy. • Autonomous, organized, dynamic, and flexible person. • Good team spirit and sense of responsibility. • Mastery of French (oral and written) and IT skills (MS Office; knowledge of Carefolio = an asset).
