An educator 80% La Fondation Les Oliviers is a private structure recognized for public utility. Its Socio-educational Accommodation sector has the mission of offering to people in difficulty with the consumption of alcohol and psychotropic products the possibility to engage in a recovery process. In order to complete our support teams for our socio-educational establishment (ESE) of la Pontaise in Lausanne, with a mission of "consolidation aimed at abstinence" and which accommodates 25 beneficiaries in a residential setting, we are looking for: un educator 80% Your activities As a professional, you provide and evaluate support services. You practice within an interdisciplinary team and thus contribute to its evolution. Your personalized approach gives our beneficiaries the possibility to develop sufficient autonomy that allows them to improve their quality of life and to reintegrate socially and professionally. Your actions are part of a harm reduction perspective towards an abstinence project, taking into account the bio psycho social needs of our beneficiaries.
