Tasks

• Plan and coordinate routes and transports
• Assign, lead and instruct drivers
• Use vehicles and capacities optimally
• Monitor delivery and pickup dates
• Record, process and dispatch orders
• Coordinate customers, drivers and business partners
• Organize solutions in case of delays, outages and problems
• Ensure compliance with specifications, working hours and safety standards
• Receive, process customer complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Completed commercial or logistical training is an advantage
• Experience in dispatching, logistics or the transport industry is an advantage
• Career changers are welcome
• Good communication and leadership skills in dealing with drivers
• The ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
