In order to strengthen our team at the production site in Couvet, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be in charge of ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of our production equipment and our infrastructure. Your missions Reporting to the Maintenance & HSE department, you play a key role in the continuity and safety of our operations: * Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, particularly filling machines, packaging equipment, and the site's technical installations; * Ensure the monitoring and follow-up of Facilities equipment and utilities: purified water (PW), water for injection (WFI), steam, HVAC systems, air treatment and distribution, as well as monitoring systems. * Participate in the commissioning and optimization of new lines; * Assist and train production teams in first-level maintenance; * Coordinate interventions by external service providers; * Manage spare parts and ensure the organization of the warehouse (5S); * Document your interventions and participate in the drafting of procedures; * Actively contribute to continuous improvement, quality, safety, and environmental processes. Required skills: * Recognized technical training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or equivalent; * Minimum of 5 years of experience indispensable in an aseptic pharmaceutical environment; * Analytical capacity, rigor, autonomy, and team spirit; * Acute sense of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
