Co-worker Spare Parts Warehouse (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Ensure part availability: You order, dispose, and manage spare parts with manufacturers and suppliers
• Warehouse management: Goods receipt, inspection, storage, and picking – accurately recorded in the system
• Parts service & consultation: You are the contact person for mechanics and customers regarding spare parts for buses, trucks, and vans
• Inventory & stock maintenance: You participate in inventories and keep stocks up to date
• Returns & warranty cases: You process these traceably and document them cleanly
• Cooperation in customer service and at the reception: you receive requests, coordinate with the workshop and are a friendly face for our customers

Your profile:

• Completed training as Retail Specialist EFZ After Sales in the automotive sector, Logician EFZ or equivalent qualification (Automotive Specialist EFZ/Automotive Mechatronics EFZ) with experience in spare parts logistics
• Experience in spare parts management or in warehouse logistics, ideally in the commercial vehicle or automotive sector is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP/inventory management systems and MS Office
• Reliable, independent and careful way of working
• Team player with enjoyment in customer contact
• Driving license Cat. B required, forklift license is an advantage
