Main mission(s) ###

Develop communication plans for the projects of the department and its services based on the strategies set by the Department

Execute the implementation of internal and external communication actions related to projects, missions, and events, as well as relations with citizens in connection with the missions of the Department of the Department

Report the information necessary for the proper functioning of the service and contribute to other missions or services related to its field of activity

Profile ###

Master's in communication or public relations or training deemed equivalent

Professional experience in the field of communication desired

Good knowledge of Romandie media

Professional experience or good knowledge of public administration and public service institutions, an asset

Excellent knowledge of communication tools, internet, and social networks

Very good knowledge of layout and image processing tools
