Join our client. Your mission will be to ensure supply, processing, and animal welfare while respecting legal requirements and the company's strategic objectives. What you achieve: • You lead the agricultural sector of the added value chain "chickens" (parental, hatchery, fattening) by implementing the set objectives • You ensure the supply of the slaughterhouse with live chickens according to sales needs, while respecting legal standards and animal welfare requirements • You transform the available resources according to the company's strategy to optimize results and yields • You establish and develop a professional partnership with the fatteners and are responsible for animal welfare according to internal guidelines and official standards in force - You set defined objectives according to customer and company needs Profile ### Required experience and qualifications: • Agricultural or agri-food training • 5-10 years of experience in production management • Knowledge of breeding and animal welfare • Leadership and team management • Multisite coordination and remote management Sought profile: • Training in the agricultural or agri-food sector, with significant experience in production management or a similar position • Solid knowledge of processes related to breeding, supply, and animal welfare • Ability to achieve rigorously defined annual objectives and guarantee optimal results • Natural leadership, with the ability to motivate and lead a team in a collaborative spirit • Sense of responsibility and respect for workplace safety standards • Ease in managing activities involving the coordination of several external sites and remote management • Diploma in agri-food technology or equivalent training • 5-10 years of confirmed experience in a similar position • Driving license and car required Is this of interest to you?
