Specialist in Care 30-40%

Your tasks

• You accompany the residents in managing everyday life, leisure, and crisis situations according to socio-pedagogical principles
• You support them in the implementation of agreed goals
• You contribute through your presence to ensuring house rules and safety are maintained
• You administer medication according to medical prescription
• You carry out person transports on weekends and public holidays using the company's own vehicles

Your profile: You-

• have completed vocational training in the socio-pedagogical, care, or nursing field
• have experience in dealing with people with addictions and mental health problems
• are willing to work exclusively evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts with overnight stays
• have IT skills as well as very good German skills
• are a sociable, proactive, and resilient personality
• have a driving license category B (passenger cars)
