Your tasks
Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting
Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements
Administrative real estate management of a company
Creating statistics and reportings
Creating VAT returns (CH and DE)
Assisting in the supervision of KV apprentices
Support in HR
General administrative work in the department

Our requirements
Completed commercial basic training
Further training as Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
Independent, clean and exact way of working
Communicative, positive and upbeat person
